The village of Faverolles en Berry, ten minutes from St Aignan, is a centre of many beautiful walks and cycle runs, all clearly marked. Wildlife abounds in this vicinity! There is a fishing pond and football pitch next to the cottage, and it is a five minute walk up to the village shop, which sells most things including bread, croissants and pain au chocolats.
There is also a post office and a beautiful church.
