The property has a floor area of 101m2 over two levels.
On the ground floor:-
Fully fitted kitchen/dining room with induction hob, dish washer, fridge freezer, microwave, oven and table and chairs. Adjacent is a utility room with washing machine.
On the first floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase (may not be suitable for people with limited mobility) :-
Light and airy lounge with TV (UK and French channels) ,settee, chairs, games, books etc
One bedroom with a double bed and on-site shower room
The second bedroom has twin single beds and an ensuite shower room.
Both bedrooms have a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
There is a separate WC.

Outside:-
There are two terraces, one behind the barn which has the morning sun and the other near the swimming pool which catches the evening sun. The patios have garden furniture and a bbq
THE VINEYARDS
Cycle through the local vineyards using the bicycles which are available and free (helmets not provided)

Sit in your bedroom and enjoy the spectacular panoramic view over the valley of Vienne and the surrounding countryside

Or why not have a swim in the 10m by 4m saltwater pool which is shared with the owners and the other gite. There are set hours to give you exclusive use. The pool is protected by a barrier and an alarm

Enjoy a quiet evening on the terrace sipping a glass of the local Chinon wine. Take in the views of the village, the valley of the Vienne under the setting sun.

Play badminton or table tennis in the gardens or boules at the village boules court.
